Howay, we had a canny stay! The staff were dead friendly and the room was proper clean with a nice shower. But the A/C was a bit off, so we just flung open the window. Would defo come back!

the venue was set in the central position right by the nearby bus station and the city center.

this was a really enjoyable weekend, i didn't feel like leaving. the food was good and the bar was good. the helpful and caring staff was much appreciated. the service was friendly. furthermore, it was great to have private parking on-site.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was perfectly clean and magnificent and with balcony. This absolutely great hotel had a central setting 15-20min by foot from centre. Moreover, it was short walk to the nearby bus station, and Austria.

Utilize the self-check-in option for a quicker arrival, especially if arriving late. This feature can save time and streamline your experience.

The hotel's close proximity to the new Music Theater was a win for us. We took the short walk there, enjoying the shows with our two grown kids. Plus, the underground parking, especially after long drives.

My kids wished there could be a few more coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room.

Had a cozy night in a spacious room! The staff was super nice, especially Anna at the reception. She even made us some fresh pizza late at night 🤤. Only thing was the service at the bar was a bit slow, but overall, it was such a lovely experience!

The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and courtesy, greatly enhancing our experience, and their ability to communicate in excellent English was a plus. The room could have used a bit of updating, and the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at times, particularly during the night.
